The User acknowledges that by using this Site he is accepting these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy associated with it, which override any communications between him and Yunit Capital Partners regarding its subject matter. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use that is not resolved by agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is now attributed to the Lisbon District Court, with express waiver of any other, except if any court of specialized jurisdiction overlaps due to the law.
